Finally to wrap up this challenging year, we successfully delivered our EQ and NLP for Sales and Customer Service training with our client- GID Enterprise. It was a 3-day engaging session where participants learnt specific tips to increase effectiveness in sales and customer service, and strategies that can help them progress and contribute towards profit for businesses, especially during this tough situation.
We hope to deliver more training sessions in 2021 through rain or shine, as Oprah Winfrey puts it - Challenges are gifts that force us to search a new centre of gravity.
Don’t fight them but find a new way to stand!
